They've been excellent. They were very quick to respond. Another company quoted me for $3,500 for the same job while they gave me a price of $950 for the same job. They just seem very nice and very professional people. So far, it's been a pleasure dealing with them.

These guys are top-notch professionals. They were thoroughly familiar with the local South Euclid, State of Ohio and National electric Code (NEC) regulations. Our new house load center was a last minute additional task, using materials I had bought myself at Lowes the previous evening. They did both the house panel and the garage professionally and we passed the local electrical inspection.

The man work ethic was good, as far as the company, it was just the two employees that were bad. The supervisor, John, is a very personable person. When the guys were fired, he had to come out himself and do the work himself. I would go through the Illuminating company again, but I don't know if I would go with Dallis. The should screen their employees better.

They had shown up to supposedly inspect our alarm systems. We have a different company that installed and services the alarm system. They showed up claiming that they were there to inspect the alarm system, but many of the rooms that should have been checked were locked, so I doubt that they were able to test those alarms. They had come last year, and d when I received the invoice, I called them wondering why they had been out, when they were not our alarm company. I asked them not to return, but they returned again this year. I received an invoice from them that was showing our account as 70 days past due. We were never given a work order, nor did we receive any other bill prior to that. When I did talk to someone at the company, all he said was "well you have your sticker for 2007."

Our overall experience was very good. John, the electrician was personable and polite, as well as professional. He diagnosed the problems quickly and returned when he said he would, with the parts to make the repairs. We felt the price charged was very fair. We would call the company again.

I contacted Dallis in the morning and they were able to get someone out in a couple of hours. The technician showed up and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I then asked about another outlet and he fixed that one too.

John, the main electrician, is a quality person with sufficient experience to handle the challenges of old homes. He was professional, resourceful, friendly, and tailored the job exactly to my specifications. He worked hard to find an appropriate conduit to the basement and was careful to replace and repair any portions of walls or floors he needed to open up. He and his crew worked efficiently and effectively. They fit me in to a challenging schedule (theirs and mine), and were responsive in scheduling the return visit to install the fixtures. I was very pleased with the work, which was accomplished at a cost significantly less than some of the other estimates I was given. There was good communication between the administrator who answered my calls and John, the electrician.

Was contacted by Dallis Services after an earlier negative report I'd written from a prior experience. They came out to assess the work and apologize for "dropping the ball" on their earlier work. Apparently, administrative changes at the company caused the earlier problem. They made every effort to "make up" for the previous poor service and did a great job. They were pleasant and professional, and their efforts to win me back as a customer worked! The price I paid was diminished greatly to make up for the earlier poor service, so the required field for the price is not reflective of the cost it would have been. The "B" I gave them was related to the fact that there was a bit of clean-up in the house (wood shavings on the basement floor and I needed to plug up a hole they left), but this was a minimal issue. Thanks, Dallis for making things right! I'll call you again if I ever need more electrical work done!

They fixed the GFI in the kitchen with ease, but were having a problem with the garage. Though they thought it was initially fixed, by the time I returned home it was out again. I called and set up a return visit from them and waited for hours before I called and realized that no one was coming. They said they had no record that I had called and re-scheduled an appointment. The next week they came back and determined that the line would need to be dug out of the ground and replaced. Told me they would call with an estimate for the work. It's been 2 weeks and no one has called with the estimate.

THEY CAME OUT AND INSTALLED 2 EXHAUST FANS IN MY RENTAL. THEY SHOWED UP LATE, THEY WERE UNRELIABLE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I FELT THEY OVERCHARGED ME FOR THE FANS. THEY DID NOT VENT THE FANS TO THE OUTSIDE (PER CODE). THEY HAD TO COME BACK OUT AND RE-VENT THEM. I WANTED CLARIFICATION ON ANTHER JOB THEY BID FOR ME, AND THEY DID NOT RESPOND.

TECHNICIAN WAS PLEASANT AND COMPLETED WORK TO SPECIFICATIONS. SHOWED UP ON TIME AND FINISHED QUICKLY. TOLD IT WOULD COST $65+PARTS. WHEN HE WAS DONE HE CALLED FOR THE TOTAL AND WAS TOLD $150 ALL TOGETHER. THOUGHT NEARLY $30/BREAKER WAS RATHER STEEP! NEXT TIME I HIRE THEM I'LL GET A MORE SOLID PRICE UP FRONT.
