PRIOR TO THE STEAM CLEANING, HE VACUUMED THE FLOORS AND MOVED THE FURNITURE FOR ME. I FEEL LIKE THE PRICE WAS PRETTY GOOD, ALTHOUGH I DO NOT RECALL WHAT IT WAS EXACTLY. IT WAS LESS THAN $100. HE IS THOROUGH, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED WHY HE WAS A LITTLE LATE. IT WAS DUE TO A CARRY OVER FROM HIS PREVIOUS JOB.
