The company is great at the sales/installation process, but if you have issues afterwards, their responsiveness and follow-up is horrible. It took me 6 weeks to get a new battery for my alarm a couple of years ago. Back in December, 2016 they started contacting me about "routine maintenance" that needed to be done on my system. I left a message on their phone about my availability (no response) and then later emailed him with 3 days that I was available for the service. He never responded, but weeks later (out of the blue) sent me a short email at 5:30 one evening asking if I was available the next morning? Now I have cancelled and have been trying to get them to pick up their equipment for weeks. I got no response to my emails until yesterday, and he told me that normally customers mail their equipment back when they cancel so that they aren't charged for the equipment. I'm not sure why he didn't tell me that on June 29 when I first notified him of my cancel request. He told me that he would get back in touch with me and let me know when a tech would be in my area this week. So, 24 hours later, I have not heard anything else. I just want them to get their equipment. I don't really trust them to return it by mail. I want them to pick it up and give me a receipt for it.

It was great! The guys at Wain are super friendly, knowledgeable about their product, and thorough with installation. They spent all day on the install and stayed afterwards to make sure I was comfortable with the products and software. Highly recommended!!

Work went very well.  Took longer then expected to originally set up the appointment but once it was locked in the service techs showed up a few minutes early which was nice to see.  Both of the techs were professional and detailed.  They made sure to clean up the job site and that everything was placed exactly where we wanted it.  I will use A Sound Alternative Inc DBA Wain Security the next time I have a similar job as well.

There were additional costs because I had to purchase a different type of mount that would bend. He had to order the piece before he could come out and he had it within a week. They completed the job in about an hour. Everything went fine.

Overall, the service performed went very well.  Matt and his partner arrived on-time and got to work quickly.  They were very professional, explained clearly what they were doing, and cleaned up after themselves.  In terms of the finished product, they delivered on what they said they would do, and I'm very pleased with the work.  I would certainly contact Matt again for any similar work in the future.

It went well. They came the first time to mount my TV for $125. They were professional, they cleaned up after themselves and they were prompt. They were efficient and they did the job right.

This was a wonderful experience!!  Matt was delightful to work with...great communication throughout the process.  The guys, Anthony and Dave, were excellent.  They were friendly, polite and very respectful!  They were thoughtful and meticulous about everything they did.  They left not a speck of dust after they were done with the project.  We are very satisfied customers.
