A handicapped man was sent to do the job, incapable of climbing a ladder. Another person should have been sent in light of the difficulty of the job. Spraying was done from the ground, with the "assurance" that the job was done. Later wasps were seen coming in and out of still existing nests, which were not removed. Worker said he had to come back when the wind was not blowing to complete the job. He asked to be paid for the job and said he would come back and finish it later. Obviously, payment was not given, which did not make him happy. This, in my estimation, is not a reputable company.
