They were pleasant at first and they said they would clean out the computer. I trusted them and when I went back to pick up the computer they installed 3-4 programs to clean up the computer on a weekly basis. I told them I didn't want to do it and when I did do it, it took 8 hours to run and then froze the computer once again. We had to take the tower back and their attitudes changed and they frightened me about the work I had done previously. When I went to pick it up I purchased Web Root on my own and they installed that for me and didn't charge me.

"After Reviewing our records we have found that estimate number 14979 dated 11-23-2012 was for a free diagnostic. As the customer stated above "I hired them to fix my computer that the other couldn't do". As our estimate shows the computer runs slow and freezes up. Cyber Express ran no less than 20 different tools to fix her computer. At that time we had the policy to leave 3 programs in a folder on the desktop in a folder called spyware utilities that WE RECOMMEND THESE PROGRAMS BE UPDATED AND RUN ONCE EACH WEEK. MAKE SURE YOU KEEP YOUR VIRUS PROGRAM UP TO DATE. Current management has changed many policies that were in place from back then and We at Cyber Express would be glad to give her PC another free diagnostic if she would like.
