Unfortunately we did not select them for the work because of that lack of responsiveness. The rule is if a contractor isn't responsive to you before they've got your money, they won't be after.

Update: Aug 6, 2012 ABL personnel rolled up to my location and went straight to work removing and grading my area around the house. The then proceeded to install the ground film prior to installing the plants. After installing the plants, they then installed the river rock around the house and my trees. The river rock had been pre-washed prior to installing so that it looked really natural and not muddy. All the plants had been picked by their buyer and were in fantastic shape. They also brought 2 flat rock panels 12"x12" and installed on the ground on both sides of my front sidewalk. They then installed 2 8 foot solar lights I had purchased and then installed river rock both in the bucket bases and around the base flat rock panels. This is over and above what they needed to do.
