The service was good. It is a family business. I have gotten my chemicals from them in the past. We had to upgrade the system because we were not happy with the pressure. They made some suggestions on how to make improvements. I now have great water pressure! The only thing I was disappointed on was the contact tank; it didn't help me to accomplish what I expected, which was to reduce the cost of chemicals. One guy and the salesman came out and worked on this and it took about a day. I liked the family owned business because I was dealing with the owner and it is a small company. There was a mistake on the bill, which I pointed out and it was corrected immediately. I have dealt with another company that has sent out inexperienced guys that I won't use again.

Had them come out to do an estimate for a job to remove an old chimney and reroute the flue for the hot water tank. Was given a date which was 30 days out but I explained that I had a leak. He was out four days later to do the work. Only took a day to complete and was done to my satisfaction. While up in the attic, he found another problem that was fixed free of charge. Will use them again in the future.

The plumber that came seemed to know what he was doing, but there were a couple of things that bothered me. Duct tape was used on painted walls to indicate that a shower shouldn't be used. The adhesive on the tape left residue on the walls. A hand towel was also used as a rag. When reported to the owner, it was immediately dealt with.

Prompt friendly and ordered part for my dryer.. excellent service.
