I called David at 9 AM, and he was at my house by 10 AM. (We both live off Ronald Reagan) The problem was above my pay grade. Dave had to start the PC and go into the BIOS. The job took about 40 minutes. No parts were required, just a fix I was not even aware, existed. Very clean and seamless. I am very satisfied, Dave seems to know his way around a computer. I am a self taught user of 20 Years plus, and I was flummoxed, as to a fix.

It was GREAT. Dave is very professional. He didn't made me feel like I was a computer moron. He's super patient, easy to talk to and very good at what he does. He's helped a friend of mine as well. Definitely recommend him!!!
