It’s a fence. It’s standing. They were busy so it took awhile to get started, but they did an OK job with installation. They leave all the price tags on the bottom of the boards which is an eyesore. (Maybe this is standard with fences?). I had some issues with the gate sticking, which they allegedly addressed after multiple phone calls from me. (It still isn’t correct.) They weren’t nearly as responsive after they had gotten paid. I compared a lot of fence prices prior to installation, and they were the most reasonable. You get what you pay for.

Josh and John were my primary work crew who were efficient, effective, and excellent craftsmen. When they were here, they WORKED, problem was getting them onsite because of their commute distance, but it was worth it. They, and the others who helped them, worked together as a team. They kept the worksite uncluttered and cleaned up after they were done. I had about 375 feet of wood privacy fence with vehicle and pedestrian gates installed. It took a day to set the posts (with being one post short) and two days to install the panels and gates. Lay of the land was about 93% level with the other being a slight slope. Travis needs to work on keeping the customers in the loop on schedule changes...start dates changing, arrival times, etc. Stuff happens, but when I don't live at the work site, it helps me plan my days better. Instead of starting early, the weather caused delays which was fine if I was advised before I had to call/text and ask. Communicate, communicate, communicate. With having to pick up the supplies enroute each day and the commute distance, they weren't here til about noon. He said that they would call when they were on their way, but I never got a call from them. The estimate was very reasonable, but heads up on the 3% service charge for using the CC (it is on the contract) which I did to make sure I got on the schedule ASAP. Summary: Excellent work, good price, need to initiate communication more with the customer

The initial contact went well. Pretty much, everything was explained (I will share what wasn't later), the contract was signed and one half the fee was charged. We had a tentative date but it was delayed due to rain. Finally, the crew came and put the fence up and left. There was no discussion, no walk around to inspect the final work - nothing. As a matter of fact, they used our water hose to rinse something off and left that in the middle of the yard. We thought they were just taking a break and were coming back, but that did not happen. The remaining balance of the fee was charged several days later.

We went out and took a look around later and found a few discrepancies, e.g., panels uneven, caps askew and gate door gaping. We had to call the company for approximately two weeks to finally get someone out to do something about it. They did apologize for the delay and miscommunication in getting back to us to solve our concerns.

My earlier issue that wasn't explained to us at the onset was that they charged $10 per pile to remove each one. There are about 15-20 piles of dirt surrounding each post. If we had known that, we could have checked with other providers.

Well, they have a warranty, and if we need it, hopefully it will be honored.

It was a two day job, post were set in concrete and had to set-up. Fence lines look great. They scheduled the job one month from quote and were on scheduled with in a few days from insulation date.

From the quick response to my inquiry through estimate and completion of the job they were very professional and nice. I would certainly recommend them to others and use them again. They cleaned the area and the finish work on the fence is perfect.
