Terrible , hired them in March with the promise that our job was the first of Duanes jobs this year, he constantly put us off and put us off to " do other jobs " and here we are in June with a torn up pool and yard that they did . How is that first ?? Please see photo below as to what Superior pools plus and Duane West left us with , they ruined our summer period ! This photo was taken on June 2nd when he abruptly text and quit the job !

All this job needed was a down payment to keep the job moving. Usually you receive before you even start the work. But we started anyway. We where there for 2 weeks and no down payment. They say they offered the down payment but I didn't take it. Why would I say no! All I heard was we have it. But I never seen it. This pool was built by the worst contractor in the business. And it takes time to figure out ways to go about fixing someone's mess. These people just [Member Name Removed]'t get it. I would have been more than happy to finish the job, but instead I get childish texts bashing me about how I'm a bad person and a bad father because I wasn't there every day. Been doing pools for 22 years and never met people like this in my life.
