+ -1 morejust a rude lady who answers the phone, who would hire a company with a rude receptionist???
Description of Work: I was weary about the F they already had on angies list, but it bugs me when people rate a company on work that was never performed. I feel that is not fair. The office staff, was so rude towards me, some one who was going to hire them and give em a shot to earn an A to balance stuff out. For no reason she answered the phone as if she thought I was hitler. I was nothing but pleasant and kindly told her to have a wonderful day, but with her being the first contact any one would have at this company, I wonder how they get any work at all

+ 1 moreNo follow-up from anyone at this company at all.
Description of Work: Had to make numerous calls to get in touch with someone just to come out to give me an estimate. A person DID come out, took all my information and was to email me an estimate which he never did. No surprise as you can rarely get anyone at this place to begin with. The only reason I kept trying was because I thought they would be the experts in stairway design and really wanted a good company. But, who knows.

+ -1 moreFrom quote to ordering materials, off-site work, and installation was about three weeks. The actual on-site installation only took one day. The workers were extremely professional and kept the work area very neat and clean. The foyer and stairway look 100% better with the new railing and base.
Description of Work: Removed old wrought iron railing and disposed of same. Installed new railing with wrought iron banisters, wooden rails, wooden posts, and new wooden cap pieces.
