HAD TO HAVE CARPET INSTALLED TWICE. THEY DIDNT DO IT CORRECTLY EITHER TIME. DAMAGED FLOORBOARDS, WOULDNT COMPENSATE US FOR TIME PROBLEMS.

PURCHASED FLOORING FROM HOME DEPOT. MOVED APPLIANCES AND CAUSED REFRIGERATOR TO LEAK. TOOK 3 TRIES TO GET FLOOR INSTALLED CORRECTLY. STILL LOOKS LIKE REPAIRED FLOOR.

CAME TO DO JOB WITHOUT NECESSARY MATERIALS AND AS A RESULT, COULDN'T COMPLETE THE JOB. HAD TO RESCHEDULE. POOR CRAFTSMANSHIP IN CERTAIN AREAS. LEFT SAWDUST ON OUTSIDE PORCH AND DOWN BASEMENT STAIRS. HOME DEPOT IS WORKING WITH US TO FIND ANOTHER CO.
