Machining
Sent a technician that knew little about washing machines and said that his company does not service appliances. (I wonder why they sent him?) Was told by phone contact from Mr. Rooter that if the tech couldn't repair the problem, there would be no charge but on leaving the tech said that his manager said that he needed to collect a $95 diagnostic fee! Reluctantly I wrote a check. The tech did give me a number for Mr. Appliance of Lancaster, Grove City, and Springfield that came out and fixed the problem!
