Maria's House Cleaning

Maria does a very good cleaning.  However she often called off. After multiple reschedules the last straw was when she said on Friday she would come the very next day Saturday, and she then called off on Saturday. In addition, she communicates via text. I prefer to have business conversations over the phone.

Maria's group had issues with being punctual.  Our agreement was that she would come and clean on Thursday mornings.  Often she had not started until 4 pm and was still here at 6 pm.  One night she showed up at 5:45 to clean (without any phone call).  That did not work with my family schedule.

The final issue that finalized me canceling the service was that we were away on vacation and she was to clean.  When we came home we were not sure if she had come or not but the state of the cleaning job, although the check was gone.  She had come but we could not tell.  That was the end.

Maria is a very hard-working, trustworthy individual. I found her through a friend and although I haven't asked for proof, she tells me she is licensed with insurance. I like that she brings her own supplies and was willing to work with us to come up with a cleaning routine that fits our budget. I recommend her highly!
