Pricing was good. Work started quickly. Quality was awful! Roof leaked during replacement, having to repair inside drywall. Poor work on valley flashings, ridge vents and chimney flasking. Used a spray can to paint flashing around chimney and got paint all over new shingles. Tried to use dimensional shingles on ridge line and hip lines. Ridge and hip shingles didn't match the roofing shingles in color. I'm glad to show they don't list themselves under roofers; they are NOT roofers!

The sales process is very poor. A representative will come to your home and provide an estimate. During this process, they will try to rush you into a decision by offering you the ''Model Home'' Program. This is a 30% discount so that they can put a sign up to display their work. However, the discount just brings the price down to the normal cost of a deck. I provided a D rating in professionalisms based on the sales process. The quality of the work was great and quick. After the estimate, the deck was built in the following 3 days. The builder went out of his way to clean up when he was done and didn't leave a mess. Steve, the deck builder and installer, was very helpful and great to work with. In all, I am not sure I would use them again give the sales process but I am pleased with their work.

THIS JOB TOOK 6 MONTHS TO GET DONE. THE WHOLE SITUATION WITH THESE GUYS ARE RIDICULOUS. I DON'T EVER RECOMMEND THESE GUYS TO ANYONE.

THE FIRST TIME I CALLED THEY NEVER CALLED ME OR SHOWED UP. WHEN I CALLED BACK THEY SAID THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE MY INFORMATION. I SET UP ANOTHER APPOINTMENT WITH THEM AND AGAIN THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP. I FOUND OUT THAT THEY DIDN'T WANT TO DEAL WITH ME BECAUSE MY HUSBAND WOULDN'T BE THERE DURING THE VISIT. THEY DIDN'T WANT TO SET UP AN ESTIMATE. THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

FIRST THEY CAME OUT BEFORE THE UTILITIES WERE MARKED AND DUG THE POST HOLES... 6 FEET OFF OF THE PROPERTY LINES!! I CALLED THEM TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS AND THEY ORIGINALLY TOLD ME THIS WAS STANDARD PRACTICE TO AVOID CONFLICTS OVER PROPERTY LINES. THEN LATER, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DID IT BECAUSE IF THEY WENT ALL THE WAY TO THE PROPERTY LINE, THE FENCE WOULD HAVE BEEN OVER THE 200' QUOTED (UNTRUE). FINALLY, THE OWNER AGREED TO FILL IN THE HOLES AND RE-DIG AT THE PROPER LOCATIONS. THEN THE NEXT DAY, THEY DROPPED OFF THE MATERIALS. IT WAS NOT LP GRADE A ... IT WAS #2/STANDARD PREBUIT FENCE PANELS... AND THEY ONLY BROUGHT 160' OF IT... WHICH IRONICALLY WAS THE LENGTH OF THE FENCE IF WE USED THE ORIGINAL HOLES THEY DUG. AT THIS POINT, I TOLD THEM TO EITHER GET THE LP GRADE A OR CANCEL THE AGREEMENT. THEY CANCELLED THE CONTRACT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE VERY SHADY . THERE ARE PLENTY OF GOOD FENCE/DECK BUILDERS OUT THERE... I DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO GO THRU WHAT I DID

THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE A BUSINESS CARD. HE REALLY TRIED TO RUSH US IN MAKING A DECISION. HE WANTED US TO MAKE THE DECISION WITHIN 2 DAYS. THEY SOLICITED ME. I DID NOT HAVE A GOOD FEELING ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I FELT LIKE THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG GOING ON WITH THEM. THIS WILL BE AN EXPENSIVE PROJECT, AND I DO NOT MAKE DECISIONS THAT QUICKLY FOR A PROJECT OF THIS SIZE. THEY WERE ONE HOUR LATE, TWO DIFFERENT TIMES. ALSO, I WAS UNABLE TO FIND THEM IN THE PHONEBOOK, ANGIE'S LIST, OR THE BBB.
