Excellent. When we dropped the mower off the staff person said we could probably go ahead with the tune up and most likely that would take care of the problem. This is a "package" service. For a flat $99 they do a complete overhaul of the mower including sharpening the blades. Buckeye took care of the tune up and whatever the issue was , it is now resolved. The mower is working better then ever. The funniest part was when they brought it out to my husband, he thought they were giving him the wrong mower. It looks brand new, and believe me, it didn't look that way when we brought it in!

They did their maintenance and discovered a sensor problem and realized I needed a battery. They came on 4/11 to the the maintenance, let them do work when I'm not home. They came back in early May to replace the part. I really like this company because the will service generators even if you didn't buy it from them

Great!!  My lawn mower looks as good as new, and is running great!!  For all the work that was done, I think it was very good value, and I will go back whenever I need any lawn equipment serviced or repaired.

We were not aware they had a no return policy when we bought parts for our mower. When I realized I had the wrong part I tried to return it, still unopened, and was told and quot;no returns on partsand quot;. Then paid them to come get the mower to repair and it took 2 weeks! They have good stuff, but my experience hasn't been great.

They repaired this snowblower 3 years ago (put in new carburetor). It quit working within a couple weeks of that repair; we found that the carburetor had not been tightened, so it vibrated loose, which damaged the carburetor, breaking the pick-up tube. We tried to fix it but it wouldn't run for more than a few minutes. We drained the fuel out and didn't use it for the next two winters, but this past winter we put gas in it and tried it again hoping we could adjust the carburetor and get it running. It still wouldn't run for any length of time so we took it in again. I explained that the pickup tube was broken (and why) and that it would start but not run very long. The person on the phone told me it probably needed the carburetor cleaned, apparently not hearing me repeat multiple times that we always drain the gas from it each season and used stabilized gas. Then the work order said and quot;won't start,and quot; even though that was not the problem.
They rebuilt the carburetor and replaced the tube (again). I mentioned that I wanted to be sure that it would run for more than a minute, and the person I talked to on the phone said they would be removing all the gas and that I should not put fuel in and start it until next winter, and that even then there was no guarantee that it would run, because something might happen over the summer. (Like what?) Then he went on at some length about not leaving gas in the tank, not using old gas, not putting lawnmower gas in the snowblower. Honestly, I wonder if I got this lecture because I am a woman or is he equally condescending to all customers?
The answer to that question might be found in this anecdote: when we bought a generator from them a few years back, we had done detailed calculations as to the size we needed, and we had decided that we wanted one big enough to run the whole house, including the AC. When we told the salesman what size we wanted, he replied, and quot;Why do you want one so big?and quot; We found his tone, also, to be condescending.
We have had them repair other lawn equipment over the years, and sometimes they have been very nice, so it must depend on whom you talk to. But I will try someplace else from now on. It isn't so much about the work as the attitude.

I have an annual contract with them where the come twice a year and service my generator. They came when I asked them to and they did a good job.
