Description of Work: They appear to have fixed my very old (1985) 10 hp Honda outboard. I say "appear" since I haven't tried it yet, but the process of getting this far was very smooth with them. I am submitting this review before checking it out because ANgie's list is bugging me to do it.

 + -1 moreWork was great, communication was challenged - prior to service voicemails were not returned and often the voicemail box was full - even during the day when they were open. When someone answered the phone - they were great. Service quality was good as well - they didn't force ideas/work on me, however cost ended up about 1/3 more than we discussed, although it was explained what and why when I picked up the boat - it was still sticker shock.

They were very professional and helpful and projected a customer focused approach. I feel confident that they will be able to do the job, for a great price and I believe that I will be satisfied with the results.
Description of Work: I contacted them about an issue with my outboard motor and they gave me some ideas of things to check and consider to help in resolving the issue I was having with the engine.
