Try to be a bit more understanding and fair when you quote your price

The contractor was very prompt and did an excellent job even with the difficulty involved with my project. The gentleman was very friendly and pleasant to work with. I would hire him again.

I made the mistake of hiring this company. He gave me a ball park figure over the phone which I agreed to. then when we finished the job it was twice the amount of his highest ballpark. I refused to pay him. He never gave me anything in writing and he did a sub par job. I paid him his highest ball park price but it was too much.

He did exactly what I wanted

Did sloppy work I asked him to come back and never did voicemail is full I have no way of getting ahold of him I'm very disappointed in him and felt that he took advantage of me he was very courteous and wanted to get my work done but didn't I did a lot of the work alongside him and he never took that into consideration when he charged me I had quoted them what my budget was and that's what he charged me and didn't really give me a breakdown of what everything cost

It was any easy job to do, installing a safety rail in shower. I had to ask him if he had a mask, he had no shoe coverings.

he did not compleat the job

Very nice guy. Seemed inexperienced. Had hang 4 door slabs, cut holes for hardware, and transfer hardware. Not happy with one of the doors. It s not awful buts it s not good. Tons of puffy to fill holes and not sanded to flush. Did not clean up well. Continually had to leave premises to get another tool. Took 2 days. He did show when promised and attempted to do a good job but don t think the experience was there.

Alex Arnold is a really nice polite guy. Gives you reasonable estimates too.

Was able to clean my house the same afternoon I called for the service. Very fine job. I will use him again.
