First contacted them this summer when A/C stopped working. They got the unit running again after replacing the blower motor. There were odd wires hanging out though. This winter (the first coldest day in 2 years) our unit stopped working. Called them again since they had done previous work. They suggested that a power surge fried everything and we needed a new unit. I called my homeowners insurance and they sent another company for a second opinion. The company providing the second opinion said they they had to clean up other messes that this guy had done.
