We had 25+year dark hardwood-stained floor that they sanded down and refinished.

Never received a response through Angie’s List messaging so I had to go directly to their website. I received an email back from them indicating that they would come out the following week and look at our floor and then give us a quote for the work. I responded and indicated any day the following week would be fine but I never heard back from them. I left them a message indicating that I was very disappointed in their lack of communication.
