There was a couple of times we had a little miscommunication, but it wasn't that bad. I think they could have worked a little better at it, but, it wasn't that bad.

They contacted the tenant to sched the work and showed up on time. Offered choice between discounted slightly used part or new part - same warranty for both. I was able to pay them over the phone (from another state).
