+ -1 moreJust an FYI, if you pay your contractor for the concrete Cardinal will not collect ‘on delivery’ as they indicate, so when the contractor does not pay them they come after you. We are the proud recipients of a mechanics lien and have now had to pay for concrete twice. This was even with a signed contract indicating the contractor would pay for all materials including concrete. Way to look out for your customer Cardinal! Contractor skipped town and we came home to find nothing but a botched and unusable concrete pad (more of a blob). The cowardly President Bob even avoided my husband, wouldn’t return calls or texts (he personally filed the lien) and left his female office staff to deal with a very unhappy customer.
