they installed the unit 2 years ago and we needed a call. no response. had to use a different company

That Guy hvac service is great been using them for about 20yrs. Always fixed the problem and Never had to call them back for same issue. Installed new ac unit this summer, great price and great install.have referred and will again.

Absolutely wonderful! Had to have both the Furnace and AC replaced and they worked me in so I wouldn't be without AC over a long HOT weekend. The owner and employees are HONEST and top-notch. Highly Recommend.

They responded the day our unit stopped working and was able to fix it the same day. John was the technician. He was friendly and professional. I had capacitor replaced and R22 added. I would highly recommend them!

Found the problem in no time.

My heat was not working properly. I live an hour away from their company and they came the very next day. It was a very odd problem with this furnace. He took time to figure it out. He fixed it and my heat works perfectly now

Jason was very professional and completed the job on time . Everything was cleaned up when he left. He does quality work and the cost was very reasonable. Do yourself a favor and call That Guy for a your HVAC needs.

We had a maintenance contract with Willis so we called them when our AC stopped cooling the house. They came out and said that our Fan motor was frozen up on the AC unit outside the house and quoted us around $1100 after our "discount" but told me that they couldn't guarantee that the unit would work because the compressor may be bad too. I decided to get a quote on a new unit. They had a guy come out and quote me $4400 for a 13 Seer 3 ton AC unit and I sent him away. Then I got a quote online from Recker and Boeger who put in our last one for about $2700. This time the quote was $3240. Still not happy I checked out Angies List and called That Guy Heating and Cooling because I like to use a local family owned company. Jason told me that they could replace the motor for $425 and if it didn't work he would give me my money back. Mike came out shortly after that and actually got the old motor working just by manually spinning the fan. The bearings were frozen. He said he could just grease it up and see how that worked but since the unit is 10 years old, I decided to replace the motor. Thank God for these guys! My house is now cooling down rapidly. Mike also suggested that I leave the fan setting on the thermostat at "on" instead of "auto" as it can help keep the upstairs cooler. I will use That Guy again!

They arrived on time and explained what would be taking place, they was very professional and  even helped me move a stove " the one gentalman worked out" when the job was done any was was cleaned up and a final inspection was made to insure everyone was satisfied. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I purchased a big deal for this service. They are awesome and we have used them several times. In the past he also worked on a furnace in one of our units and did other maintenance.

They were awesome.  We have used them again after that.  The first time he didn’t charge anything more than the Big Deal and did the inspection that we needed done.  So we were very satisfied and called him back again.  He did another unit for us.  So we have used him a few times already.  He gave a return customer discount of $40.
