I cannot say enough great things about Glenn and his crew. They are always very professional, punctual and clean when coming to my house. Our home is 104 years old with wood siding. This is wonderful but also challenging with all of the "critters" who find our home a nice place to live. Glenn has been amazing with keeping my house bug and mouse free for over three years. He is quick to return phone calls, quick to schedule and offers all of his services at very reasonable prices. I recommend him to anyone and everyone!

We did an internal and external walk through as we have for the past 4 years since the house was treated.  He was on time, courteous, and kind. Last year he even brought school supplies to donate to kids in Appalachia when he heard we were volunteering at a drive later that day!

They are great. They fixed a hole in my log home. They check for bees, termites, and other bugs. They usually come the day that I call them too.

The work done by them was very good. I spent about $400 for the last service. The pest control guy is very responsive. He is also quite cost conscious.

He was very thorough. It was a free estimate. It seemed to be reasonable to me. He offered a contract, which is a warranty that covers damage. He was on time. I thought he was very professional. I think I would use him, but I would get 2 other estimates as well. He was quite a delightful, professional person. He took alot of time with me.

SELLER OF HOUSE PAID FOR ORIGINAL TREATMENT. NO SIGN OF TERMITES SINCE. I CONTACTED MAXIMUM ABOUT A RENEWAL OF THE TREATMENT AFTER ONE YEAR. I WAS SURPRISED THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME. THEY DID COME OUT, AND FOUND NO INFESTATION. THEY SEEMED SOMEWHAT UN-ORGANIZED. I WONDERED IF THE "GUARANTEE" WOULD REALLY MEAN ANYTHING. IN THE 2ND YEAR, THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME ABOUT A RENEWAL, AND DECIDED NOT TO INITIATE THE CALL MYSELF.

HE WAS THE NICEST PERSON. HE WAS REALLY NICE TO MY ANIMALS, HE WORKED AROUND MY SCHEDULE. I'M GOING OUT OF TOWN, SO I NEEDED SERVICE QUICKLY.
