The Gullett serviceman arrived on time, was very polite, performed the work efficiently and thoroughly, and cleaned up after it was finished. I am very satisfied with the service and will use Gullett again if needed.

This company was so friendly from the person answering the phone to the guy that came out. He explained what he was doing and what needed to be done. I was very impressed by the whole process.

It turned out very good. They were very cooperative and did a good job. They worked hard and did exactly what they said they would. The price was competitive.

I called Dan Gullet and he advised initially that he couldn't do an inspection  due to all the recent snow melt.  He advised that Clermont  county website has inspection records.   this was helpful, however, I still wanted an inspection.  inspection was done on  time.   Dan emailed me a report and then we talked over the phone for a little while as he explained the type of system it was and the periodic matainenece required and caution  about having any equipment near the sand filter stack.

I called to have someone give me an estimate for services i needed to have done. I left a message and no one bothered to return my call.

I called on Thursday and they came out on Saturday to repair or replace the motor that the county inspector said was not working.  I wasn't there when they came but they left an itemized receipt.

Called for an appointment.  The receptionist mentioned a $20 coupon I could use for my service, just needed to pull off internet website.  They showed up on time and performed work as needed.

Just as other reviewers described, Gullett Sanitation was prompt, thorough, and fairly priced. The technician was honest about what did or did not need to be replaced, and he worked quickly. I would use them again and will recommend them to my neighbors, most of whom use Winelco. The Winelco technician I had fix a filter told me a new timer would cost over $500, which was more than twice what Gullett charged me.

We have never owned a home with a septic system until two years ago when we bought our home and we were given some misinformation on the condition and how to care for a septic system.  We called Gullett after noticing that our drain line overflowing dark water.  We called them on Thursday and they came on Saturday with no extra charge.  Glen was very helpful, patient and knowledgable with me since I knew very little.   He confirmed that my system had not been cleaned in many years but was structurally in great shape (thank goodness)!  Since it had not been cleaned in so long it took him extra time to make sure the system was totally clean,  He was at our house almost 2 hours (one to dig out lid and one to clean out system).  There was no extra charge either.
I would definitely recommend Gullett to anyone and will definitely use them in the future.  Thanks Glen!!!

Went very well. I will use them again.

The first date was cancelled since the truck had broken down. The second date they showed up on time, calling ahead to say they were on the way. They pumped the tank and pressure washed the purifiers. The gentleman who came answered my many questions patiently and with complete answers. They are careful about not letting waste or truck oil spill. I like them.The spetic system is working fine, so I guess they did the job well. Pricing is consistent.

Hamilton County inspector said one float was not working.  John came out and checked the entire system and showed me it was working.  Inspector came back and said it was not working.  John came back out and showed me it was working.  At that point, Gullett coordinated with the inspector to meet at my house.  They did that and took are of the problem.  I don't think anything was actually wrong but one of the float was replaced, the inspector was happy and the system passed.

Everything went well. We have been using Gullett Sanitation for several years, now, and have always been pleased with them.

I have used them for years. They show up when they are supposed to show up. They are careful about what they do and don't want to destroy anything because my tank is way back in the yard. They are reasonably priced. They call ahead and make sure that you are going to be home. They do a good job.

I called Gullett when the company that had installed my new septic motor the year before never showed to fix it when it died. They cam out the same day. Brought everything they might need with them, stayed until the work was done and kept me informed of what they were doing. I decided to buy a maintenance contract from them to ensure that I didn't have to spend another large chunk of money replacing the motor again next year. Even with that, a brand new motor and all the work they did, I paid less than $200 more than I had paid the previous year for a reconditioned motor. That's value and service!

I made an appointment with the company for a Saturday morning. The truck arrived on time. The service rep. introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. He was professional and did a great job.

Work was done promptly, as scheduled and at a reasonable price. This is the third time I have used the service and have been pleased all three times. Mr Gullett did the work himself. He is friendly and takes the time to explain options for repair and maintenance. A no hassle experience.

Dan, the tech, was a half hour late because he stopped to eat lunch. He apologized when he arrived and was very polite. He seemed to be knowledgeable about septic systems and worked quickly. According to their website, the techs are ''uniformed''. Dan was wearing dark clothing that did not appear to be any particular ''uniform'' and it was ill fitting (think plumber...). Overall, the service was good and I would hire them again.
