Brooks painting is a excellent painter! My husband worked for him! And he is a outstanding up front person! He does excellent work! And is fair priced!

There were several small things that were not done to my satisfaction. Nails that were exposed were not adequately putted in to reduce the nail pop appearance. At first he said there was nothing he could do about. Then he came back and said he could caulk them in. They didn't look much better after he caulked them in. He also installed a door lock upside down and then didn't want to fix it. The quality appears to be fairly good. My biggest problem is that he charged me more than his quote because he had to put an extra coat of paint in some areas. He did not discuss this higher cost with me in advance so I was surprised when the he presented me with the higher bill.

TODD IS A PERFECTIONIST. HIS WORK IS SO EXCELLENT. HE IS DEFINITELY NOT LOW-END, MORE LIKE MEDIUM TO MEDIUM HIGH END. HE IS JUST A CLEAN-CUT, ALL-AMERICAN, NICE GUY. HE ALWAYS SHOWS UP ON TIME, YOU NEVER HAVE TO TRACK HIM DOWN.
