He was able to find and repair the issue with an outlet that only worked intermittently. We were pleased with his work and fair price, so we are having him back to do some additional electrical work for us this week.

Michael came out and assessed the job. He gave me an estimate for the work and because it was reasonable I hired him. We made an appointment for the following week. Michael was personable, professional, and very competent. He had all the tools and parts he needed and was able to install almost all of the work in one day, coming back the next morning to finish up. Everything was done professionally, which is why I hired a licensed electrician!

Mike was very clean and neat, everything from his truck to his tools you could just tell he cared about doing a first class job and he did!!

Finally getting around to writing this past due review. I would (and will) certainly use Mike in the future. I would highly recommend for anything you need done from the electrical standpoint. Very professional and very neat. He has also written a book which covers electricity basics for persons like myself, and it's available from amazon for only a few dollars! If interested, simply search by his name and it'll come up instantly.

He arrived right on time and we walked through the problem/situation.  After checking several things, it was determined that the wiring at the time that my home was built (1974) had used two wires instead of three wires in those two switches.  Without tearing apart the wall, etc. ( a large expense too), there was really nothing else that could be done at this time.  I told him that it was really okay because I've lived with this situation for all these years and was used to it.  It had been a comment that someone else had recently made that prompted me to have an electrician look at it and advise.
Michael was very professional and kind.  He charged me nothing for the consultation.  I would readily recommend him to anyone needing trustworthy electrical work done.  He will be my "go-to" person for any future electrical work that I may need.

They did three jobs for me so far and all of them were extremely professional.  He returned calls very quickly.  The quality of work is amazing and they're very attentive to details.  The jobs are cleanly done as well.  They're not cheap but they're not overpriced either.

Job done well but he tried to back out telling me I was putting to much pressure on him to finish job. I had explained that I needed job completed ASAP d/ t insurance and closing and he said he could. He stated he couldn't get a hold of electric company to meet him. Electric company showed up and he did not. Then he scheduled for following week blaming on weather forecast and weather forecast was 0% chance of rain that week. When I pointed this out to him him he tried to back out saying I was putting him to much pressure on him. I needed work done and did not want to have to start over w new estimate etc.

Mike answered my call and set up an appointment for later in the week. He arrived on time and quickly made the needed repairs. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find someone willing to do what many would consider a "small" job. I will definitely call him again when needed and recommend him to anyone in need of an electrician.

Michael was outstanding--he was able to come at a time convenient for me (a couple of days after the phone call).  He was very patient and explained everything he was doing as he worked.  (As someone else said, he is a good teacher!)  We are very satisfied and will use him again--no question!

Michael was professional, easy-to-reach and quick to respond to my messages.  Best of all, he is honest. He came over to give us an estimate for fixing our swimming pool's electrical problem, but it was a quick issue to fix and he didn't charge us for it. He also gave us an honest estimate for different ways we could add outdoor lighting to our backyard, without being pushy or attempting to get us to agree to something we didn't want or need. If we decide to add outdoor lighting, or have any more electrical problems in the future, I definitely plan on using his services again.

 Best experience so far with my large project.  I cannot say enough about how well things went.  I found him on Angie's List with your reviews and hope other member have as much success with everyone they find here.

I had a breaker blow and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. I called 4 electricians and Michael was the first one available. He came fast, on a Saturday, explained what he was doing and taught me all about the issue I caused. He was reasonable, prompt, and a great teacher. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect.  I could not have asked for anything more than what Mike gave.  Hew far exceeded my expectation and I am very particular.

I received 3 separate bids and awarded the project to Western Reserve Electric.  There was very little difference in price between the three bids.  The detail that Western Reserve Electric provided in the estimate as well as going over every aspect of how I was going to use the work shop to tailor the lighting and electrical circuits is what made me go with them.  Mike was there when he said and was very organized, neat and professional.  He explained every aspect of the job and was excruciatingly thorough and detail oriented.  There was no surprise with his pricing and he did what he said.  I have no reason to ever have to look for another electrician as long as he is in business and recommend him 100%.   

The repair went extraordinarily well.  I contacted Western Reserve Electric on Friday and they in turn, contacted me immediately to discuss my issue and to set up a service call.  They worked around MY schedule and I had someone here on Monday to do the job.  
 If I could give Western Reserve Electric an A++ on all of the ratings, I would.  They were extremely responsive, punctual and professional!!  I will recommend them to my coworkers and friends.

Michael is a true professional, everything went according to plan all aspects of job were explained that I could understand. Price was excellent. Don't look any further just call Mike!

Mike was a courteous, informative and professional electrician.  He went above & beyond the call.  He was on time and gave me some pointers on what he was doing and why.  My overall experience with him was outstanding. I would definitely us e his services again.

I called them because some fuses blew in the box. He came out, took at look at what the situation was and emailed me a quote that night.

I accepted the quote and he was there the next week doing work. The work would have been completed in one day, but took slightly longer due only to some unforeseen issues (which were quickly resolved).

Can you say prompt? In all, it was about 10 days turn around from the time I called him to until the job was done. I know how busy a good electrician can be, so I really appreciated that they understood my urgency. Follow up was great. I look forward to doing business with them again.

They came out and did an estimate the day after we called them.  We had trouble getting other electricians on Angie's List to call us back or to come out and do an estimate.  They told us exactly what it would cost ($70 an hour) and were able to come do the job quickly.  Other companies had told us it would be weeks.    They came in a did the work quickly, professionally and were very, very friendly and easy to work with.  We'll be using them again.

Overall, contracting Western Reserve Electric Company for our electric needs was a very good decision and we would recommend them to a friend. Michael was prompt and on time for every job completed. Michael went above and beyond with his meticulous attention to detail. In addition to displaying and exuding confidence in their knowledge of the job, they paid attention to every mundane aspect of the jobs completed. We would also recommend Western Reserve Electric Company because they were curious and professional, and above all because they are fair and honest. Michael went over the jobs that we requested to be done, and gave us a fair estimate, and a good price for excellent work.

Overall the experience was pleasant without any hassle. In all cases, I would call Michael and he would come to the complex and give me an estimate. Then, when he had the materials he would give me a start time and date. He was here when he said he would be and the jobs were completed as he said. In an instance where the product was defaluty, he returned promply with a new part and install same w/o charge.
