Land Surveying
Acquired 3 bids for the work. Bonar Surveying was not the the lowest quote but could do the work in the time frame needed (ASAP). I awarded them the work. It was scheduled for the following week. They arrived on time and did the work. As it turned out part of my fence and above ground pool was on my neighbors land. The very nice neighbors were willing to grant me an easement for the use of their land for the life of the pool. The surveyors had some additional work for the easement and description of the easement. The additional cost was $200.00 which I felt was very reasonable.
