Quality is so consistently terrible that price, professionalism,
punctuality do not matter a hoot. For the past 90 days, the service for
most channels is more and more unwatchable; lots of pixel issues,
audio, etc. which means might as well not have a TV. Disruption
usually, but not limited to, sports filled weekends. Repair people show
up numerous times; on time, polite, professional, but problem persists
so who cares about how nice the people are. No refunds offered not that
that matters if problem can't be fixed. I'm done. The only reason I
haven't discontinued service sooner is because email is part of the
bundle and now we will have to establish 6 new email addresses after 10
years with the same email address. What a huge hassell!!! 90+ days
with no resolution to the problem!!!!

I have been using their services for about 7 years. Whenever there is a problem, they do to everything to rectify it. When I had a defective remote, they sent me a replacement. They always give good instruction for any cable problems. They are good with their billing and you can pay over the phone with your credit card. The services are very rarely interupted. I am very happy with their services.

They were excellent. They came immediately when they said they would. They came the next day before I expected them, and completed everything in less than 24 hours. They were wonderful. I think their price is average and they are competitive with everybody else.

They have a very personal service. We had a problem on initial service but they elevated you up to the supervisor who took care of the problem.
