Description of Work: COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE. QUOTED A $4600 JOB. I CHECKED AND DOUBLED CHECKED ON START DATE. THE FIRST DAY, CALLED AT 1 PM, PROMISED TO COME THE NEXT DAY. CONFIRMED START AGAIN IN THE EVENING. FAILED TO COME THE NEXT DAY, SAYING HE HAD ANOTHER JOB. AND SO ON. UNTRUTHFUL AND UNRELIABLE.
