The service was fine. They were quick with the service.

Went to Strongsville Lube Stop for an oil change. They are always friendly and professional. While checking my car they made recommendations for other maintenance work that needed to be done. I did decline to have additional maintenance done at that time and they did not push it any further. They gave me the list of recommendations to take with me.

Great customer service, friendly and professional. Will go there again. Very attentive.

I go to this place for my oil changes. They are always nice, professional, and timely. I've never had to wait too long for service. Only complaint is I wish they wouldn't try to sell me everything under the sun, but I understand it's the nature of the business.

1. i have been going there for years. the crew is friendly and the service is fast. i see now they are offering E Check testing there as well and i am thrilled at the convenience so when i am due next year i will be going there . always free air in my tires and free windshield fluid in between oil changes. well worth it . very fast

The best thing about Lube Stop is that you rarely have to wait, you don't need an appointment, and they can do everything they need to do quickly. The staff is friendly, informative, and take good care of your auto maintenance.

The service was okay at first.. two weeks later my engine nearly caught on fire due to the oil cap not being put on properly by one of the technicians and caused oil to spill over my engine along with ruining my serpentine belt... I figured no big deal I can call and they will take care of it.. well that didn't work out either. I called and the manager of the store said he would review the video of them working on my car, he called back and said that the tech did not leave off my oil cap. He told me I can come see the videos for myself.. So made my way down to the shop to review the videos and he showed them to me. clearly the technician forgot to put on my oil cap on and the manager continued to lie to me and my wife saying that he put the oil cap on.. It clearly shows the technician leaving the oil cap on top of my battery which now has an indent the size of my oil cap. he continued to deny the facts from the video and refused to refund my money. I left and then called corporate. Corporate did not answer my call so i left a message and received an answer 3 to four days later after multiple calls to them. corporate finally admitted that it was their fault and offered to pay for the repairs and also for my inconvenience. Although corporate refunded my money after all the hassle my car is still not the same. I will never bring my car to a company that has managers lie to their customers after damaging a vehicle. it is just not good business. I would not recommend anyone go to this place.

Everything went great. They are always fast and courteous. They even greated me by name, which i thought was nice. I have never had any problems with this shop. I would recommend them to anyone.

I spent $35 on the job. They were efficient; they only took about 20 minutes to complete the job. The only point I would note is that they used re-refined motor oil as opposed to new oil; I found this out later. My research shows that it okay to use re-refined motor oil, however, I am not sure. I might hesitate to use them the next time if I find another place that doesn’t use this oil. Their service was good.

They do the work very quickly and at low cost. The service has always been great. I have never had any problems. I went in there and watched them do it, and they didn't mind. They were very courteous. They would let me know if I needed belts, whether if they did it or not. They weren't so much on getting the business,as opposed to taking care of my car and making sure I am safe. I have seen them make a recommendation to other drivers, and it is a courteousy thing. They have always been real straight up and courteous. They are a good group of guys. They could have potentially saved lives as far as people pending the things that needed to be done. They have saved me money on my car maintenance.

Their team is efficient. They seem to work well together. They ask you if you need a service, but they are not pushy. I like dealing with them, that is why I continue to go back. They also send me postcards reminding me about up coming services.

I have been paying too much for oil changes at Lube Stop for years - just for the convenience - but this is the first time I had ever been to this particular shop. I am not absolutely sure that they actually changed the oil filter, and I know that, after they removed the air filter to try to sell me another one, they put it back in incorrectly. I know this because the car was making a noise that sounded like a muffler going bad, and when I had another service station look at it, they said that the muffler was fine but the air filter was not installed properly. I noticed that the mileage on the sticker they put on my windshield was much lower than my current mileage, which would present a problem if I had warranty issues with the manufacturer or wanted Lube Stop to top off fluids within the 3K mile period. They later fixed this error. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they did not instill confidence in either their ability or their integrity. I will not go back there.

The personnel were efficient and the work was performed in a timely manner. They were also very cordial and professional. It was the easiest, quickest oil change I ever had.

THEY ALWAYS DO A COMPLETE 19 POINT CHECK WHEN YOU BRING YOUR CAR IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. BETWEEN OIL CHANGES YOU CAN BRING YOUR CAR IN FOR AN OIL CHECK AND THEY WILL TOP OFF YOUR OIL AND FLUIDS AT NO EXTRA COST.
