I was pleased with their service overall. They use recycled oil rather then new, which is worth noting. I hesitated going back for this reason. However, their service is excellent!

"Thanks for your business and the favorable review. Lube Stop doesn't use recycled oil! Our Expert Oil Change Service is performed using conventional, API and ILSAC certified motor oil. We do offer the EcoGuard Oil Change service, which more than 50% of our customer choose. EcoGuard uses API and ILSAC certified RE-REFINED motor oil. Some consider it better than conventional oil since it is derived from existing base oils rather than crude oil"

They follow a 20-point inspection plan, but it seems too methodical and not catered to each car. For instance, I asked whether they checked the tire pressure. They said they added 5 pounds of pressure to each tire. So I asked again whether they checked the pressure. They answered that the tires looked fine. So I'm confident that they never actually tested the pressure in each tire.
