The person who took the measurements was efficient and friendly, and the same person arrived with the shutters as scheduled. He did a great job with the installation, too.

It turned out excellent. The product looks fabulous. They came in and measured. About a month later we received the shutters. If you are going to order these shutters order them during the Cleavland Home and Garden show that is when there price is the lowest.

I LOVE THE JOB THEY DID-THEY LOOK REALLY NICE-INSTALLER SHOWED UP ON TIME AND PERSON THAT CAME TO MEASURE THE WINDOWS-THEY WERE BOTH VERY PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGABLE-INSTALLER CLEANED UP AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING WITH THE TREATMENT & CARE FOR THE SHUTTERS-THE ONLY THING THAT WAS DISAPPOINTING WAS THE FACT THEY TOLD US IT WOULD BE 6 WEEKS AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE OVER 8 WEEKS AND I HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON AFTER I MADE THE INITIAL CALL, THEN THEY CALLED ME BACK WANTING TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK-AFTER I TOLD THEM I WAS DISAPPOINTED IT SO LONG TO BEGIN WITH-THEN THEY SCHEDULED A SATURDAY APPOINTMENT
