Description of Work: There was a problem with my Mother's cuckoo clock. While the fella was prompt in getting it, he wasn't so prompt in returning it. The last time we called, he picked it up in April. Still wasn't back by fall. When I called him, in November, I told him my mother was dying, and she'd like to see her clock again, one more time. He promised to have it back by Christmas. Christmas came and went., still no clock. He finally brought it back three days after Mom passed away.

Description of Work: Cleaned and set 30+ year old grandfather clock. Initially requested a call on line with no response. Stopped in shop and made arrangements for repairman to call and it took about 10 days before he called. Thought $150.00 was kind of steep, but there aren't many choices for this type of service.
