They worked with my exterminator to do the fogging, and the mice ended up surviving. They helped with the cleaning between foggings, since we had to clean the house within 48 hours of fogging. The housekeeper, Anna, helped with the cleaning and organizing. She ended up being here 2 or 3 days to help with all of the cleaning throughout the house.

Durand was very accommodating and patient with me. They did a very good job. We ended up taking the carpet and insulation out. He was able to work with me and change things as they went. They thought it would take just 2 hours to remove the carpet and staples, but it ended up taking about 8 hours because of all the staples. They ended up only charging for the original 2 hours quoted. They only charged extra when large additional services were added, including the carpet removal and the loose insulation in the attic. He had someone put different insulation in and cover it with a floor board.

One of the worker?s foot fell through the ceiling while he was removing the loose insulation, but he was able to repair the ceiling, and he replaced a light fixture that was broken when the ceiling fell through. His crew was very good. We even had a dumpster, and we were able to get it out a day early.

Any services your home needs, he has someone who can help get any subservice related to whatever is going on in your house completed. He did a lot of work in my home, the price was very reasonable and about what I expected it to be.

I was very happy with them, and would use them again in a minute. His super service award is well deserved.

The crew included two skilled laborers and two non-skilled laborers. Everyone was extremely efficient and friendly. The team arrived at 4PM on the day that I called (within 24 hours of the emergency) and stayed until the job was done at 11PM. Our only concern was that we were not given an estimate of the work in advance. We didn't receive the bill for 8 days, even though it we made it clear that we were extremely interested in the total price. We received the invoice by US Mail. Durand, the local service coordinator, was easy to negotiate with. We found two discrepancies in the final invoice and he agreed to have them deducted.
