They're always good to get me in. They would get me in today if it was an emergency. They will treat your dog, cat, squirrel or whatever. I saw a mouse in there one day. They can treat the whole gamet of animals and they seem to love them all. The doctors are very kind, informative, accepting. I always feel good when I leave there. This is the second dog that I've taken there, I've used them now for over 11 years. They are always friendly.

I have been taking my pets to MetroPet for well over 22 years.  One of my twin Siamese cats survived almost 20 years with their annual care.  Just took my nine year old Blue Russian cat in for his annual physical and vaccines, Everything was smooth and professional. But there did seem to be a large number of people involved. Something like five, maybe six. A swirl of faces and quickly forgotten names. But still MetroPet is a professional and caring pet clinic.

I have used MetroPet for many years and although it has changed hands since Dr.Wylie opened, the current staff and Drs are top rate. It is not the least expensive but the care and services offered far offset any cost differences. I do not hesitate to tell my friends about MetroPet.

The veterinarian and the staff were extremely nice. The vet sat on the floor with the dogs and spent a lot of time with each of them. I was very pleased with the service. The price was a little higher than what I was paying at my previous vet.

The doctor was helpful and listened. They have good veterinary assistants. They understood the concerns I have about this particular cat because of issues she has with anesthesia. They decided to watch the lump and wait.

They are all really nice there. They are devoted to the animals. Their hours are very reasonable and they provide a phone number for an emergency clinic for the hours they are closed. I had a dog that was very sick and they came in extra times during the night to pull him through a very serious illness. The friendliness and everything was excellent. Their cost is a little higher than I would like but you get what you pay for. That isn't a negative thing that their cost is higher because the service is there for the cost.

I know it costs a lot, but I get very responsive care from the staff. I also know what my options are when I have a very sick pet, and I don't have to get a $2000 operation for a very old pet. They have helped me make euthanasia decisions, and I totally recommend them if you need to have your hand held at the end of your pet's life.

I showed up on time and was taken to a room. The assistant and Dr. Wiley came in. We started talking about the problem my dog was having. She had to remove the dog to draw the blood work. First time my dog every had to be muzzled. I was given my dog back and asked to wait in reception area. But, I explained to the assistant the vet had not answered my questions. She told me that I get them answered outside at the reception area. I was appalled. There were other clients sitting an waiting and I had to ask for me info while standing around. Dr.Wiley was short when I inquired about side affects. She was rushed and not giving me the time I felt I needed. I ended up having to do my own research on the web. I paid 183.00 for the visit. I asked the woman taking my money if this was normal that the doc talked with people out here. She said yes, only if it was dire would I be in a room. I ended up shopping for a new vet after this visit.

THE DR. AND STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY. I AM PICKY ABOUT WHO I TAKE MY DOG TO AND THE PLACE I HAD BEEN GOING SHE NEVER WANTED TO GO IN THE DOOR. THIS WAS UNUSUAL IN THAT SHE USED TO LOVE GOING TO THE VET. MY REALTOR HAD HEARD GOOD THINGS ABOUT METRO PET SO I DECIDED TO GIVE THEM A TRY. AS SOON AS WE WALKED IN THE DOOR MY DOG WAS SO HAPPY AND STAYED THAT WAY THROUGHOUT THE VISIT. I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK.
