The move went okay, better than what we expected. We packed a lot of our own stuff, a couple of things were broken.

More like gangsters than movers. Used for 3 moves (made the mistake of having them handling our storage after 1st move and could not get away after that. When we tried to use a another moving company (due to Brendamore's over charging and terrible service) they decided we had not paid enough for the two year's of storage (despite they charged what was owed each month to our credit card and never had an issue related to payment). When I went there to straighten out the situation, they put in a small room and demanded I pay cash for storage which they had never charged (they said it was their mistake, but I owed them the money) and refused to let me have my furniture unless I came up with thousands in cash on a Friday afternoon at 4:30pm. They are rude, unprofessional and scary. Do not use them unless you are ready to invite bully's and gangsters into your life.
