Key renovations is a family owned and operated business that was founded on the basis of excellent client service 20 years ago. We are very proud to have served the residents of Ohio with our personal approach to quality home improvements and we look forward to serving the community with many more years of quality home repairs, improvements and renovations. There are many large outfits out there, but we really enjoy being a small family run operation. Being a small company, it allows us to keep a very personal rapport with all of our clients from the first phone call or email to the completion of the project and beyond. The entry door was installed in one day by two guys. They removed the old, repaired some rotted wood, and put up the new door, sidelights, and handleset. It works perfectly.
I would definitely use Key Renovations again.
The install was scheduled for a week later. Two men came first thing in the morning as agreed. When they began to remove the existing post light they found it had been installed incorrectly. The wires were run through the cement. When removing the post the electrical wires broke. He gave me three options. I chose to have him install a GFI outlet and complete the install. The additional cost was $200.
They found that I had bought the wrong bulbs for the new post light. They went and got the correct bulbs.
Everything was left neat and clean.
