Ralph was on time for both diagnostic and repair appointments. He was professional and thorough. He worked efficiently and completed work more quickly than he expected. His estimate was very close to the actual price. He was easy to talk to and interesting, but did not lose any work time chatting. No mess when he was done!
All three office people I talked with were cheerful, helpful and efficient. They called to confirm appointments and to let me know when Ralph was on his way.

This was a replacement unit. Only one glitch which didn't really impact me. The unit they installed had no refrigerant in it and another one had to be obtained from the warehouse. Even so, the work was completed that day.

I called the company at 8:00 am, as the problem was discovered during the night. They said, the repairman would be out between 9:00 & 11:00. He arrived shortly after 9:00, went right to work, found a couple problems and fixed it.

It went well.  It was a two day process as scheduled for.
They were able to raise the new furnace about 18 inches which should avoid any water back up problems in the future.
No issues or unmet promises.  Very happy.

When we got a new furnace in the past  that continued to go in and out. I called picked them out of the phone book and called them. The boss came, he looked at it, and said he knew exactly what was wrong. He repaired the problem and I have been using their services ever since. They are excellent.

Huge Heating & Cooling came in reasonably priced when we got quotes for the job. They were either the lowest bidder or close to it. They are a well-established company in this area. They've been very reliable and put in some Air Conditioning units for us as well.

The installers for this furnace were top notch (I was not a member of Angie's List at time so apologies for late review).  They worked steady, non-stop all day as this was a big job.  I have now had the furnace six years and it has run excellent which tells me a lot about the job they did.

It went great!  Cliff from Huge's did the service repair and was very thorough and professional.  I originally called just for the repair to the condensate line and asked if he could service the furnace as winter is around the corner.  Cliff quickly made a phone call and had the time and was able to do so.  He explained in detail  what he was doing along the way so I knew what was being done and what I was paying for.   I think many times consumers have heating & cooling checks and may not even be aware of what should be done or if it was properly done.  In my case, I now know what should be done and thanks to Cliff for educating me on this!

I requested that they not put in the middle because I wanted to hang a fan there. I specifically told them not to do so. They used a larger circular vent which was hideous. I had to have three other companies fix the work.

I have a yearly service contract with Huge for air conditioning and heating servicing. They keep their appointments and show up on time. I was upset with the guy who came out last time, because he did not clean the humidifier out correctly and about a week later it was leaking water all over the place. I had to call them to come back out to clean up all of the water and clean the humidifier correctly. They have been very responsive when I have called them.
