Very pleased with the quality of Dave's work and the entire process. Dave was very responsive from the beginning when he returned my initial call. Some contractors don't want to mess with smaller jobs but Dave took it on and we are glad we found him for future projects!

We really enjoyed working with Dave. He called us back immediately and came over the next day to give us an estimate. His work was done very professionally and timely. We will definitely have him back to work on more projects for us.

All of our dealings with Dave have been very positive. He has always been professional.  The work was always done promptly.  The work has always been high quality with attractive pricing.  He demonstrates a true pride in his work. 
  His breadth of experience in demonstrated in fixing a variety challenging problems in our older home.  Example, the exhaust in a first floor bath was vented (?) between the joists.  Dave upgraded it so it vented to the outside of our home. This work entailed adding 'real' ducts to the exhaust fan, cutting small pieces of drywall in the ceiling to facilitate the ducts, adding a vent on the outside of the home, repairing the ceiling drywall, and refinishing the ceiling.
  We have thanked the tradesman who recommended Dave to us on multiple occasions.
