Dan & Vanessa's Best Carpet & Duct Cleaning

it went well. he did a great job. the spots came out the carpet looked great. I was very pleased by him and he was on time and very professional.

Terrible

Dan came out and did an excellent job, cleaning my tan carpet that was looking filthy & full of black spots from my toddlers spilled foods and drinks. I wasn't sure if the carpet could ever look good again, but Dan got out all the black spots. He told me that there were a couple of spots that he really had to work on, and that if they showed back up that meant the stain was in the pad, and that subsequent cleanings should get rid of them altogether. However, the carpet looks great still a week later and no real signs of reemerging spots. Before he was done, he asked me to look it over and see if I saw anything that he might have over looked. I was extremely pleased with the final result, and thought it was a very good deal for the new life that my carpet just gained. As Dan was loading up his equipment, he also told me that he does furniture cleanings at a reasonable rate and that when or if I ever wanted to get my microfiber sofa or chair cleaned he could do that.

They did very good. We thought we would have to replace the carpet. They made it look brand new.

Dan came very early then cleaned the carpet with cold water, no steam generated from his machine whatsoever. I asked the price for the dining room and told him I would think about it and went upstairs to vacuum. His coworker then cleared it out anyway. Dan asked if there were any areas that needed special treatment. I told him my son threw up on one area. He said he would put down a sanitizer, then AFTER he treated it he said I'll have to charge you an extra $5.00 for that. When he came to do the upstairs hall I asked if instead of doing the dining room if I could do a bedroom and he said yes and started doing the bedroom but then said the dining room was already cleared out and guilted me into doing that also. He said the carpet looked great and that he had gotten all the spots out of the living room. When it dried the next day the spots were still there. Dan said he would come back on Tuesday. No show. Came on Friday, redid carpet in living room, same result. Left a mess.

The rep called early that morning to let me know that he was running an hour late. He then arrived promptly at the appropriate time that afternoon. He quickly got to work, even cleaning an extra room for the same quoted price. Work was completed quickly. I did need to dry up floors (hardwood) under the furniture after he left but besides that the service was wonderful!

The owner did the work and did a great job. Really paid attention to spot cleaning, etc. Very approachable and considerate. Honest pricing too, as I had had another room cleaned at twice the cost and much poorer results!

Dan answered the first time I called and gave a price right away over the phone, which was clearly lower than several other companies I investigated. He came to the job on time and was very friendly and polite. The work was performed in an efficient manner, and the results were wonderful, especially on the furniture. He even did one extra room for no charge. Moreover, he stuck to the price quoted over the phone. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
