Description of Work: My father in law had passed away and my friends all chipped in to send flowers. My girlfriend called Lynn's and ordered an arrangement. Much to her dismay when she came to the funeral home, there were no flowers. The next working day, she called the florist and was told that FTD did not receive their order because the printer was out of paper? Really...? My friend was so upset and the person she talked to did not offer any type of compensation or apologies. She seemed very uninterested about my friends dilemma. My friends company uses their service for their own purposes and I know that my friend has talked to her boss (the owner of the company) to stop using Creations by Lynn.

 + -1 moreWe saw Lynn at the IX Center Bridal Show in January 2014.We met with this florist at her Broadview Hts location in May to review the kinds of flowers, bouquets, corsages, church arrangements and reception dand eacute;cor for an August wedding. We have been through this with several other daughters so knew what to expect. Lynn still went over everything, offered suggestions and made sure she knew what this particular bride wanted. We went back the month before the wedding to confirm colors, sizes of all pieces. We did make a change the last week and Lynn was very helpful and accommodating. The flowers for the church were STUNNING. The bouquets and Mary's arrangements were lovely. All the flowers were fresh. They were all delivered and everyone was pinned in a timely manner. We were very happy with our experience with Lynn. Her store is not and quot;swankyand quot; but she knows her flowers, is able to get whatever you want, and did an excellent job in helping to make our daughter's wedding beautiful.

 + -1 moreThey were delivered in a timely fashion ($7 extra for Berea city delivery). They seem to have been as pictured on the website (www.bereaohioflorist.com).
Description of Work: Since this came up on Angie's List as Faye's Flowers, which is no longer on Bagley Road, it's possible this is the same business, but I'm not sure. I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered.
