"Thank you. Very much appreciated."
"Thank you. Much appreciated."
recent years. First, he prepared my
resume for a promotion within my company, which I did receive, and then again,
when I applied for an outside position. The resume accomplished what I had
hoped for ? an interview, despite a crowded field of candidates. In both cases, I was completely confident
that my resume would stand out from the crowd and highlight my best
accomplishments. Mr. James is easy to
work with, provides excellent insights into the whole job-hunting process. My
confidence soared. I have happily recommended him to family and friends, who
were equally pleased with their outcomes.
"Many thanks. Deeply appreciated."
"Many thanks for this unsolicited review."
"{Member Name Removed} is your classic victim. He assumes no responsibility for anything, which may account for why he has numerous judgments and liens against him, including a substantial judgment by the Probation Department of Delaware County. {Member Name Removed} complaint seems to focus on having to perform work. He was provided detailed instructions on how to interview properly, how to set up a LinkedIn account, how to improve his Gmail and how to have a decent headshot taken. He is under the impression these were my responsibilities. Hence, the classic victim syndrome. This is not the first time {Member Name Removed} has swindled a résumé service. Andrew was refunded his money 10 minutes of his request on 9/09/15. {Member Name Removed} waited 7 weeks before contacting Master Card for a duplicate refund. In Ohio, this is consider a criminal act under Ohio’s Revised Code. On 10/29/15, the credit card processing company was alerted to the crime, and {Member Name Removed}{Member Name Removedf} attempted credit card fraud was stopped."
"Most kind of you, and many thanks.. It should be noted that I do not solicit reviews from clients, so it is always a welcomed surprise when they arrive--especially like this one."
"Thanks for your confidence. Glad to hear you value quality."
"It is always important for me to provide candid and constructive feedback regardless of cost. In this case, the individual saw the value in providing such insight. Thanks for the review."
"How does that old saying go? No good deeds should go unpunished. Do not honestly recall the phone conversion after these many months. A check of my “sent emails” indicates there were no email exchanges—no requests—and no feedback. This was an edit only project, based entirely on furnished material. Editing, of course, does not involve asking for new information. It is always enlightening to learn (after the fact) what someone did not tell me. “I never said I wanted to take a shortcut or save money.” I take exception to this individual remark that “I was talked into a cheaper … service.” I merely offered options. Her decision to have me only edit her material was strictly her decision—no one else’s."
"Thank you for the feedback. I'm especially delighted to know the interview training manual was beneficial."
"Most kind of you. Many thanks."
"Sorry to learn of jobseeker’s feelings. Without a doubt, job hunting can be a stressful undertaking for anyone. I can state the jobseeker did not previously communicate her feelings anytime within the last 22 months. My notes indicate this was an editing project. As such, any editing would have been based solely upon the information provided—in this case, to make the résumé reader friendly. That was all I was requested to do, which I performed promptly."
"Well isn't that nice. Always try to exceed a client's expectations."
"I appreciate your feedback. Many thinks."
"Not every jobseeker needs full-blown résumé services. Sometimes you need to be a good neighbor in providing assistance and guidance for others. Thank you for your endorsement."
"Always appreciated--especially since this was unsolicited, which makes it more appreciated.."
Robert guided me to get LinkedIn and to post a photo. Also, he guided me to create a Google cloud folder and to adjust what I uploaded to be shared. He worked with me to personalize my resume to fit what position I am looking for and gave his professional suggestions to what is better with many aspects during the resume construction. His book "Dynamic Interviewing Techniques" is a must read for every job applicant to know what the interviewers mean and what hides behind their smiles and "casual marks". It will prepare you to think about your responses and how long your answer should be and what traps to avoid.
"(member name removed) was equally responsive, which in turn made it a fun project to assemble. He was receptive to suggestions--thus making complex modifications were easy. Of course, this individual is extremely well qualified, which was also a contributing factor."
"Thank you."
"Thank you for your review."
"This client proved to be a sharp individual. His qualifications literally jump out at the reader. It was simply a matter of showcasing his stellar career performance."
Robert was also helpful about suggesting a different picture for the resume, and explaining the rationale, as well as guiding me through a few of the features on GoogleDrive. When we were done, I felt it had been an excellent experience and that I had chosen wisely, when initially combing through the Angie's List of service providers. I have just started looking for work, but since I am already employed can take my time. Already, I have two interviews set up for the next couple of weeks. With Robert's excellent interviewing questions and guide for preparation, I feel confident and ready for whatever will be asked!
"And a big "thank you" back. Every effort is made to provide each client with what the individual needs. In this particular case, the client's wants matched what I honestly thought he needed. That is simply the best of both worlds. I was glad to be of service."
