Very friendly and good work

I am renovating an old house and have 51 openings (doors and windows) needless to say there are/have been window and glass issues. I have used Berea Glass for all sorts of projects: replacing glass in large double sash windows, dealing with really obstreperous sash cords and weights, cutting new glass for bathroom cabinets shelves, new shelves for the built in cabinets in the dining room, cutting glass shelves for old nickle brackets, new mirror - very odd size - for the bathroom. I got a call that they have finished replacing the glass in a barristers style book shelf. I know I am missing some of the other jobs they have done for me - there are many other that I cannot recall right now. They have always done a terrific job, prompt, reasonable prices, very clean, super pleasant, friendly people, very knowledgeable about old homes, and they have a great old shop/work area that is amazing.

I brought it to their shop and they cut, edged and wrapped it for me while I waited, and loaded it in the car. Nicest people and they make doing business easy. I heartily recommend them for both quality and courtesy.

easonable priceSeal were broken on side picture windows and all clouded.  Replaced thermopane glass on both sides.  When replacing nicked one window so there was a tiny crack in upper left hand corner that I would have never noticed.  Immediately told me about it and apologized for inconvenience of having to come back in a week to replace with another new pane at no charge. This is second job in past year.  Also replaced all mirrored doors to my bathroom cabinets at very reasonable price.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED... honest, reasonable and very clean when replacing product.

Doors fit perfect, and handheld mirror looks good as new!

They came out and inspected the glass the following day I believe, told me about a week to 10 days to order. Within that time
frame they came out and installed the new glass. Very professional office and very nice installers. Will definetly do business with
Berea Glass if needed again.

It could not have been any better than it was. I would not hesitate to call Berea Glass the next time I need one of their services!

I got three estimates: $400, $500 and $1,000. I still don't understand the third estimate, but fortunately I didn't have to - I was going with BEREA GLASS. This is a family run operation and they are at the top of their game. They are a delight to work with ... punctual, professional and very knowledgeable.
Marty came out with his Dad to change the rollers and install the new glass. The old rollers were no longer available, so they installed the next best with a bit of retro-fitting. I don't know how difficult it was for them, but the door is a night and day improvement. and now glides open with one finger operation. The new glass is such an improvement and the install was less than half a day.
The only down side is that I now know how bad the other rollers are on the rest of my sliders (3 more). I definitely will have these folks back before Fall to replace all the rollers. Great work at a really great price!

We were very satisfied with the service provided by Berea Glass.

I brought the end table to the store to be measured. After measuring he told me when to pick up the glass for the top.

We had an interior glass sliding door that shattered. After putting the broken glass in a trash can and cleaning up, I wanted all the rest of the glass removed. Berea Glass was prompt and courteous from start to finish, very professional, and even took away the glass I had cleaned up.

A Hawk had flown into the window and broken one pane. The technician came the same day to assess the damage. He left the one pane of existing window since it was winter. He designed a new double pane and installed it the next day. He was polite and efficient. The bill was the same as the estimate he gave me. The Hawk was taken to Lake Erie Nature Center to nurse back to health. It was released back to our neighborhood a few days later. I will not be cleaning my windows this fall.

Service was exceptional. Service representatives came at as scheduled to take measurements, and sliding screen doors were ready and installed in a timely fashion. We have a large dog, and service rep recommended we upgrade to a heavier screen which we did. Everything is perfect, and we haven't had one bit of trouble!
