Bob arrived within 75 minutes of when I called. He provided a detailed and articulate explanation of the repair options for my garage door. He was able to start the repair immediately and it was completed in under an hour. The repair exceeded my expectations as the new spring mechanism was a significant improvement over the OEM door. Very pleased with Bob's professionalism, responsiveness and high quality of work! I strongly recommend Bob and B & B Overhead Door and will be telling friends, families, and colleagues.

Bob offered to come out the same day I originally called but I wanted to make some other phone calls. When I got back to him he was on a job and said he could come out the next day, which he did. He was on time and about $500 cheaper than what another company quoted my wife for the same work. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again.

Great service - would not hesitate to call again. Our garage door would not close all the way. Bob came out the same day to evaluate the problem and was able to repair it quickly. I've added B & B to my contacts to make sure that I use them in the future for garage door repairs.

I called at 1030 am and they came out by 11am and job was completed by 1130am. Not only was this fast. But both bob and his partner were super nice. I couldn’t say enough good things about them. I will always go through them fir any future repairs!!

I called at noon and Bob Sanders, the owner said he would squeeze us in. By 3:00 the same day Bob finished replacing a new garage door spring! He also, service my other door for free. I checked with 2 other companies before calling B&B Overhead doors and they both were more than $150.00 than B&B. I am very pleased with their workmanship and service. Highly recommend them!

We hired Bob in February to replace our old rotten wood garage door and replace it with a brand new insulated door. He quoted us a fair price and so far everything has worked out great. He replaced the motor, rails, and the door. He is also going to replace the factory-installed weather strip with a heavier-duty one. All work is of high-quality. We have had the door now for almost 2 months and we could not be happier with the work Bob provided. We would most definitely recommend Bob for any garage door needs.

The final installed doors were top quality and work fine -- but the installer rescheduled the time that he would come out SIX TIMES before he finally completed the job.

Bob did a fantastic job of diagnosing and fixing the problems with my garage door opener. I had total failure of the keyless entry, both remotes, and the master panel. He came out the same day that I called. He was reasonable, on time, kind and very courteous! I would not hesitate to call him again!

The initial process was fantastic. He came out the day I called him. He was very honest on what he would fix now and gave me options/prices for openers and doors. His punctuality for the job was not the best. Also I have a rail that was bent from the start that he said he would order and install as soon as it was in. Still NOT installed even after multiple calls from me and 2 scheduled times to come out and fix it. I now have a very noisy brand new garage door that hopefully may get resolved one day but it has been months since installed. He has his money so no need to come back and fix his problem. Shame on me I just trusted him to come back and fix the bent piece.

Scheduled initially for Wednesday but Robert needed to reschedule to Friday as another job went longer than expected and they are a small company. I really appreciated that he offered to help me roll an old car in and out of the garage for me that I was unable to move myself. The new doors are great, price was slightly less than my other quote, and I was happy with their work and professionalism.

Bob came when it was convenient for my schedule. He quickly diagnosed the problem and took a look at the rest of the garage door and its mechanics. He replaced the springs with a slightly heavier duty set. He was done in about 20 minutes. The only negative to the experience was that the price was raised from his over the phone estimate, thanks to the door needing a heavier spring.

Great gave me good no pressure informaiton either way with pros and cons of both and cost to repair vs replace, the door itself was starting to fall apart so I opted to replace, recommended quality insulated door at reasonable price and installed within 48 hours of initial meeting. Was prompt got job done faster than anticipated

I could not get my garage door to open due to a broken spring. I called Bob and left a message. He called back in less than a minute and came out in less than 2 hours. The whole job was done in less than an hour. He charged a very reasonable price, as well. Great responsiveness, very efficient and very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.
