Seems to be ok until last week 4/14 and then my service 4WD warning light can on. T he pilot light showing what drive I was in also went out. It came back on after I made an appoint to have it looks at. It then starting working again so i c anceled the appt unitl it acts up again

I went into the Steve Austin service department to ask how much it would cost to have my car's transmission serviced. My car is 16 years old and the transmission is slipping a little. Instead of just giving me an approximate price and pressuring me to make an appointment, the man explained that even though they would be glad to service my car, it might not help the problem. He explained that it might even make it worse, and that I needed to be advised of that. I thought it was great that they didn't just think about taking my money and that they took the time to explain things to me. I have also used this provider in the past for actual service and have always been happy with their work and caring attitude.
