He came and gave us an estimate after I called him. He was prompt and replied right away with an estimate. We advised him to go ahead with the repair. He called and gave me a date of when his repairman would arrive. He arrived at the set time and date and did a good job scraping off the old damaged ceiling and cleaned up all of the debris. Afterwards the work he did seemed to shrink and it was noticeable so I called back and told him what happened. He sent his repairman back and this time he totally removed all of the old by sanding instead of just scraping. Reapplied ceiling and it looks great! I couldn't be more pleased with his promptness and friendly attitude. Even when the first job didn't work as planned he was right back to make it right.
