He did shoddy painting work in one of my bedrooms then took it upon himself to paint another area of the house (entry hall) and bill me for it. He also used a ladder from my garage without permission that he dripped paint on and opened a previously unopened Shop-Vac that I was planning on taking back to the store. I called his supervisor in Chicago who informed me that he was not trained to do interior painting work in the first place and advised me not to pay him. Someone from Sherwin-Williams came out to inspect the work and noticed that the wrong texture of paint was used on the entry hall and said the wrong color was used.
