The workers showed up on time, were very polite, worked like crazy, and finished a few hours early. They broke one marble window sill, but replaced it before leaving with one of equal quality--no argument. The cleanup at the end was thorough. The estimater, who also monitored the workers, knew his stuff. He measured carefully and showed us everything. I felt like we saved money by NOT paying a company with a large showroom and/or inventory. Every window and door frame was made to measure.

The service was great. They were professional and courteous.

Salesperson was very professional. I was not home for the installation. Damage was done to the edges of most window frames inside the house. I would paint my rooms after the installation if I had to do this again.

Bill, Chris and Matt are friendly, professional and considerate of one's needs. Bill sat down with us and discussed exactly what we wanted, how to achieve our goal and what it would cost. Bill is very mild mannered, but a fierce advocate for a job done to our satisfaction. We were very impressed with the perfection of the work done as well as the spotless surroundings after the job. Sawing away a brick wall was an immense job and Bill instructed us on how to keep the dust down before the job and cleaned up entirely after the work was done. He also suggested we contact surrounding neighbors to warn them of noise and dust from that job! While working on casement windows, Bill, Chris and Matt were concerned with maintaining cleanliness inside as well as out and didn't leave as much as a scrap of metal inside or out after completion.
