We have used Mike before and were happy with his work. He is hard to get a hold of and tends to keep very busy, so scheduling is frustrating but is well worth it after the job is done at such a great price. We are remodeling our kitchen to install a dishwasher, which wasn't included in the old kitchen. My husband is handy but has never installed appliances, so Mike was a great help. My husband and I ripped out the cabinets and prepped the area for installation and went to the store with Mike to buy the needed supplies, which we paid for separately, about $100. My husband ran the power lines through the attic and into the breaker box, but Mike was the one who knew how to hook them up. He also welded a copper pipe for our dishwasher and hooked up the water line. My only complaint of the job is that he did not put a loop in the drain line so once when my husband dumped a big bucket of water down the sink it backed up into the dishwasher. My husband then looped the line and the problem was solved, no biggie. He would have come back to fix it but it was easier to just do it ourselves, took a few minutes to correct. All in all, he helped us remodel our kitchen on the cheap by completing the work we couldn't do. Great job and great price! If we have other projects we need help with I would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: The owner, Mike, installed a new stainless steel stove and dishwasher we bought. The price above includes labor, not parts. He ran a water line from where we wanted to place the dishwasher (where a wall oven unit and cabinets once were) to the sink, about 6 feet away. He, with the help of my husband, also ran the electrical for it to connect to our breaker box. For the range, he installed the appropriate outlet and connected a new electrical line from the stove to the eletrical box and added a new breaker for it.

replacement windows

They were recommended to us by a friend. They were very professional once they started the work. Initially, it was very difficult to schedule appointments with them. The work took several days more than planned to finish because of the amount of details that they wanted to put into the trim. They wanted to make sure that the windows fit properly. The windows look beautiful now. We are using them again for another project.
Description of Work: We used Trangenstein Light Construction for windows. They removed 8 existing windows, including 2 large picture windows. They replaced all 8 windows, including installing 1 large picture window and 1 large bay window. They trimmed out the windows on the inside and the outside of the home. They even installed 3 inch trim around the bay window. They completed the work, a month ago.
